Internal wall insulation

Internal wall insulation consists of lining the inside of your walls with insulation plasterboard or building a studwork to insulate between and apply a plasterboard finish. This is common for homes with solid brick or stone walls where the installation of external wall insulation is not suitable due to the local planning regulations or the desire to not change the external appearance.
